Before capital is committed, the relationship between product, market, capacity, technology, infrastructure and the execution organization is examined to determine what facility should be created and how it should be structured.
The development solution is aligned with existing lines, factory space, infrastructure, human resources, market conditions and financial capacity—not reduced to a recommendation to buy new equipment.
The technical, managerial, financial and organizational causes of stoppages, waste, cash shortages or incomplete utilization are assessed, and corrective priorities are organized into an executable roadmap.
A short introductory meeting is held at no charge to understand the issue and identify the next step. Detailed assessment, site visits and written reports are separate professional services.

Each stage may be commissioned independently according to the client’s needs, with its precise scope defined in the contract.

Documents, production and financial data, machinery, infrastructure and the execution structure are reviewed, with a site visit where required.
Product, market, raw materials, saleable capacity, capital investment, operating cost, working capital and cash flow are analyzed.
Technology, capacity, implementation stages, infrastructure, resources and primary risks are compared and defined in a roadmap.
Requirements and technical specifications are prepared, proposals compared, technical and commercial negotiations guided, and contracts drafted.
Drawings, key components, manufacturing schedules and tests are controlled, with pre-shipment inspection of the manufacturer where required.
Civil, electrical, utility and installation contractors are coordinated and controlled against equipment delivery, installation and commissioning schedules.
Quality, speed, waste, stoppages and operator readiness are monitored. The monitoring period is defined separately in each project contract.
Risk Control Before Expenditure
Larger or more expensive equipment is not necessarily the better choice unless it fits the market and project structure.
Aftabgoon directly conducts market studies and economic feasibility assessments. Return rates, payback period, break-even point and financial scenarios are calculated according to the contractual scope.
Actual machine capability, component origin, technical support, warranty, spare parts and manufacturer track record are assessed. Aftabgoon acts as the client’s technical representative—not as a general machinery seller.
Aftabgoon directly prepares factory layouts and design drawings and, within the contractual scope, coordinates civil, electrical, utility and installation contractors.
Capital needs and cash flow, organizational structure, training, quality, speed, waste and stoppages are considered together so trial production can develop into stable performance.
Defined Deliverables
The details of each deliverable depend on the project type and contractual scope; not every item is necessarily included in every contract.
Aftabgoon does not undertake the pursuit of industrial, environmental, standards or governmental approvals. Capital provision or investor introduction is also outside this service scope.
